The SolarBox is built for tough everyday logistics: galvanized steel, highly resistant to impact, weather, and frequent handling. This makes it permanently reusable and ideal for recurring collection and transport processes.
A solution for almost all common PV modules – from standard formats to large modules. The mount is designed for different frame thicknesses and formats, making it flexible for existing installations, repowering, and dismantling.
Depending on the frame thickness, the SolarBox can hold approximately 20 to 25 PV modules. This reduces handling, transport, and costs per module—especially for collection systems and recycling applications.
The modules are stored vertically and carefully, and securely fastened for transport (e.g., with tension belts). This minimizes damage and ensures a clean, stable logistics chain.
For efficient storage and transport logistics, the SolarBox is stackable and space-saving in handling—particularly relevant for large quantities and return logistics.
The SolarBox is designed so that it can be unloaded fully automatically by robots. This makes it a central component of our reuse and recycling solutions: standardized handling, reproducible processes, and significantly less manual effort—ideal for high volumes.
